These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of The Approach Shot Indoor Golf Club (“The Approach Shot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) by all individuals, including members, guests, and non-members (“Users,” “you”).

By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or entering the facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY & USE OF FACILITY

  • Users must be at least 18 years of age or supervised by an adult
  • Use of the facility is at your own risk
  • The Approach Shot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law

2. BOOKINGS & SCHEDULING

  • All simulator sessions must be reserved in advance through our booking platform
  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time
  • No extensions are guaranteed beyond your reservation
  • Late arrivals do not extend session time
  • Users must vacate their bay within 10 minutes of session end

Repeated violations may result in penalties or suspension.

3. MEMBERSHIP & PUBLIC ACCESS

  • Members receive benefits based on their selected plan
  • Non-members may book based on availability and permitted hours
  • The Approach Shot reserves the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, and availability at any time

4. ACCESS CONTROL & SECURITY

  • Entry is controlled via access systems (codes, apps, or similar technology)
  • Access credentials are strictly non-transferable
  • Sharing access or allowing unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited

Violations may result in suspension, termination, or permanent ban

5. GUESTS & GROUP RESPONSIBILITY

  • The booking individual or member is responsible for all individuals in their group
  • All guests must comply with these Terms
  • The primary user assumes full liability for the actions, damages, and conduct of their guests

6. FACILITY RULES & CONDUCT

To maintain a safe and premium environment, all Users agree:

  • No alcohol permitted on premises
  • No swinging golf clubs outside designated hitting areas
  • Do not move, adjust, or tamper with Trackman systems, projectors, computers, or TVs
  • Food and beverages must remain in designated areas
  • Respect all equipment, furnishings, and facility property
  • Maintain a clean environment and dispose of all trash properly

Failure to follow rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. UNSTAFFED FACILITY USE

The Approach Shot may operate during unstaffed hours.

By entering during these times, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are using the facility without on-site supervision
  • You accept full responsibility for your actions and your group
  • Unauthorized entry, misconduct, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban

8. DAMAGE & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Users are fully responsible for any damage caused by:

  • Themselves
  • Their guests
  • Any individual granted access under their booking or membership

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Simulator screens and impact materials
  • Trackman systems and related technology
  • Projectors, computers, and TVs
  • Walls, floors, furniture, and fixtures

The Approach Shot reserves the right to charge the responsible party for repair or replacement costs.

9. SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Use of indoor golf simulators involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • High-speed golf ball impact or ricochet
  • Injury from swinging golf clubs
  • Slips, trips, or falls

By using the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Approach Shot is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, or theft
  • This includes incidents occurring during both staffed and unstaffed hours
  • Users agree that participation is entirely at their own risk

11. SURVEILLANCE & MONITORING

  • The facility is monitored by video surveillance at all times
  • Entry activity, booking history, and access credentials may be tracked

By entering the premises, you consent to this monitoring.

12. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTIES

The Approach Shot reserves the right to:

  • Remove any individual from the premises
  • Suspend or terminate memberships
  • Deny future bookings

for violations of these Terms or unsafe behavior.

No refunds will be issued for violations resulting in removal.

13. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All bookings and memberships must be paid in advance
  • Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the booking terms at the time of purchase
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time or early departure

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Approach Shot, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the facility
  • Your guests’ actions
  • Any violation of these Terms

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

The Approach Shot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

17. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or entering the facility, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understand these Terms
  • You agree to comply with all rules and conditions
  • You accept full responsibility for your use of the facility
