- Comfortable Golf or Athletic Clothing
Wear what you’d typically choose for a day on the course or at the gym. Collared shirts, polos, golf shorts, athletic pants, or skorts are all great options.

Please wear clean, non-marking golf or athletic shoes. Spiked golf shoes and open-toed footwear (like sandals or flip-flops) are not permitted inside the simulator bays to keep everyone safe and our surfaces protected.

When are you open?
We are open 24/7 for members and limited hours for non members.
What are your rental policies for simulator bays?
Simulator bays are available to rent by the hour. Reservations can be made online or by phone. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened play time to accommodate the next reservation.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, golf-appropriate attire is recommended. Golf shoes with soft spikes or clean sneakers are allowed. No metal spikes, please.
Are your simulator bays accessible to individuals with disabilities?
Yes, we strive to make our facilities accessible to all. Please let us know your specific accessibility needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Can I bring my own clubs?
While you’re welcome to bring your own, we provide clubs for those who need them.
Do you have food or drink?
Yes, we offer a selection of refreshments and premium menu items curated in partnership with Rails Steakhouse.
How many people can play per bay?
Each simulator can comfortably accommodate up to four players at a time.
How long does it take to play a round of golf?
A full 18-hole round typically takes about 1 hour per player. For example, a solo player might finish in an hour, while a foursome may need up to 4 hours.
Can I make a group reservation for more than one bay?
Absolutely! We offer group reservations to accommodate groups of all sizes. Contact us for more information and to book your group event.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Please contact the facility directly if your booking is within 24 hours.
Can beginners use the simulators?
Absolutely! Our simulators cater to all skill levels, and our staff is here to assist you.
